This reviewer ordered from out of the country & their order had to be shipped via DHL, which gave us a few problems this season. We do not control the actions of carriers after shipping!
They NEVER reached out directly to us to help solve their issue but preferred to leave a publicly degrading message instead. That's not a good-willed problem solver and we don't need or want business like this.
Please reach out to our customer service team if you ever have issues like this. We are very good about tracking your package for you (this order is certainly on the way if they checked their tracking #) and if it's deemed lost or far too delayed, we absolutly send a replacement and make up any compensation that is fair to both sides.
We are never deliberately trying to give you a poor experience but do everything we can to make it something special.
